Rep Fitness program and training in the New Year

The first session in 2013 for junior rep teams will be Sunday 20th January. While all players will not be available we ask that families try to attend on this day as the first event for 2013 is only two weeks ahead on the 2nd and 3rd February.

Below is a fitness program which includes a running program and strength exercises. All players are encouraged to follow this program to ensure we start this season well and to avoid early injuries due to lack of fitness and strength. It is designed so that you can follow it whether at home or on holidays. Thanks to Allan Vleeskens for this program.

Training times for the 20th are:-

12.00pm to 1.30pm          All U12M and U12W teams

1.30pm to 3.00pm            All U16M and U16W teams plus U18W1 and U18W2

3.00pm to 4.30pm            All U14M and U14W teams

4.30pm to 6.00pm            All U18M teams
