Representative Strength and Running Program

Download your strength and conditioning program now.  To help you get started, Allan Vleeskens and Kyle Cox will be supervising PDBA Strength sessions each Monday and Wednesday at 5.30pm on the little athletics oval near the stadium.

If time permits they may go through the running program also. This is a great opportunity to keep yourself on track and motivated while ensuring you are doing the designated exercises properly. You can download your program now.
